- Usage data: products you view, analyses you consume, watchlist items, radar preferences, alert rules, and interaction with the Decision Center.
- Billing data: subscription plan, billing interval, Stripe customer identifiers, and payment status. We do not store full card numbers — payments are processed by Stripe.
- Technical data: browser type, device information, IP address, and server logs necessary for security and operation.
- Support and feedback data: messages you send through feedback channels or email.
We do not sell your personal data.
How we use your data
We use personal data to:
- Provide and maintain the Service
- Authenticate users and manage accounts
- Process subscriptions and billing
- Personalize product recommendations (radar, Decision Center)

- Clerk — authentication and user management
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing
- Neon (PostgreSQL) — database hosting
- Resend — transactional email (welcome, feedback notifications)
- Amazon — verified product catalog data sources (not your personal data)
Each provider processes data under contractual obligations consistent with applicable law.
Data retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary:
- Account data: while your account is active, plus a reasonable period after deletion for backups and legal compliance
- Billing records: as required by tax and accounting law
- Usage logs: typically up to 90 days unless needed for security investigations
